Davis|This isn't the best sports book ever, but it's a good read and a great deal for the price of 99 cents. The author covers the first 40 years of the Patriots' history; most of the emphasis was on the 1970s and 1980s where the Pats were very often a solid team, but were never quite good enough to win it all.
